Visas for Norwegian citizens and Third Country Nationals

According to Directive 38/2004, Article 6, Paragraph 1 an EU citizens can stay for a period of up to 3 months in any EU member state, as long as one holds a valid travel document (Passport, ID Card). Despite not being an EU member state, the Directive applies in Norway by virtue of Decision 158/2007 of the EEA Joint Committee.
